G3KMI is the University Amateur Radio Club station. The Club is returning after more than 10 years of inactivity. We are helping anybody interested in the hobby of Amateur Radio to get involved.

Amateur Radio is a hobby that involves using high-power radio communication equipment to talk to people that could be on the other side of the world. You can build and modify your own kit and even send TV pictures! For information on Licensing, find out more here.
