We will be sharing a site used by the Basingstoke ARC, the site is ~160m ASL and has great views from north-west through to south-east. There is a remote station on the same hill that regularly gets 10GHz contacts with Germany.

The VHF National Field Day

This is the page for the 2013 VHF National Field Day.

We have put in a joint application with Basingstoke ARC, we will be using G3KMI/P on 2m and 70cm.

Radio Kit

  • Operating tent (need to be able to stand up)

Individual Kit

  • Waterproofs
  • Boots
  • Sleeping bag if staying overnight
  • Mug and Cutlery
  • Change of clothes if it is very very wet.
  • Petrol contribution - if you have an appropriate container.
