Workshop (to be) held from 13:00-17:00 on 2017/09/23 in Mountbatten Common Room
A workshop to get everything setup and ready for the next academic year.
Saturday will be from about 1300 until dinner, Sunday will be all day (from about 11?)

- Cupboard and storage clean out
- 32 level 3 (cupboard)

- Prepare introductory events
- Bunfight risk assessment - check last year's RA

- Intro Presentation
- Ensure demos (PiSSTV) working
- Email sign-up dev
- Generally more detailed plans on which radio demos to do
- Review inventory

- Kit testing and maintenance
- Finance review/checks
