VHF Field Day 2018
This year we plan to enter VHF Field Day jointly with Basingstoke ARC.

Times
- Contest runs from 1400 UTC Saturday 2nd July 2016 until 1400 UTC Sunday 3rd July 2016
- 1400 UTC is 1500 BST
- BARC are dropping kit off to the site on Friday evening and setting up on Saturday morning
- Maybe we should aim to be at the site between 10 and 11 to get set up and have lunch before the contest starts

Setup
- 2m station (BARC)
- Telescopic mast with 9 ele Yagi, Icom IC-9100, laptop, generator, table and chairs, to operate from the awning of Paul's caravan
- 70cm station (SUWS)
- BARC mast, BARC 70cm antenna, SUWS IC7000, SUWS laptop, SUWS tents, SUWS generator
- BARC will also have a dual band 4m/6m beam which we could put up on a tripod mast if anyone gets bored!
