Meeting (to be) held from 18:00-20:00 on 2019/05/30 in Zepler CLS Lecture Room

 

D-Day Special Operating Event

Next week there will hopefully be a D-Day special event, and this meeting has been allocated to plan and prepare.

People who will be most definitely be going:

• Freddie
• William
• Cori (Can bring Ford GPW with 5 section vertical antenna if can get vehicle access.)

Things to Consider (Cori's thoughts - I have an exam Friday so can't attend this meeting):

• Where are will going to setup station? Do we need to book the area?
• What is Soton ARC bringing?
• Power? Can we get access to mains power? Who is organising this?

Other Tasks

• Sort out admin stuff for new committee
  • Have they been added to the appropriate email aliases
  • Can they admin/moderate the mailing list
  • Do they have access to the sown iSolutions account
