    • Masts?
  • We need to start planning the construction
  • Contact with E&F
    • Tyler, Daveruss and Murray have met with E&F
    • They would need to put up scaffolding around the building
    • POSSIBLY cherry picker, based on weights of antennas AND H&S rules that they couldn't recall offhand
    • As long as they provided the safe working platform and they supervised or performed safety critical work (eg mounting of the actual mast), they would be happy for us to perform the work.
    • SUSU H&S should be kept in the loop
  • SUSU facilities
    • SUSU Facilities email gone out (to facilities@susu.org )
    • No reply yet
  • Speaking/meeting with other societies/SUSU
    • No development yet
  • Potential Shack in SUSU may cease to be bookable again and become an office.
    • Any further update beyond this is not happening yet and the fact we may be able to use it out of office hours anyway.
  • Things to do:
    • Email E&F with regards to the weights of the parts, organise follow-up meeting wrt cost

    • That is literally Daveruss's job

    • Apparently Graeme has a few stacks of 200, some of which contain typos, in location unknown.
  • Received QSL cards

      • Murray has volunteered, needs to get the cards off Tyler
    • Also put in a physical album

Joint Agenda

Outstanding membership fees (Darren)

  • £10 for students
  • £15 for staff/society alumni

SUSU

  • Funding round 3
    • When is the deadline for this so we can make sure we are ready

Mailing List and Wiki

  • Mailing list additions (Dave N)
  • New wiki accounts (Dave N)

Lifetime Members

  • See Callsigns/Alumni page
    • We have quite a few people now mostly from the '90s
    • Dave has subtly hinted to Nigel that we would like the G8KMI callsign back despite not having a shack

Cupboard

  • Henry now has additional key?
    • Yes
  • Do we now have a signout book for books/kit (Henry)
    • No
    • But we do have a piece of paper, temporarily
  • Additional books order (Henry/Darren)
    • Darren has approved of the concept, but expects an email with a list of books to be bought
  • Do we now have stickers for the books? (Darren)
    • No

SUSU H&S meeting

  • We apparently need to go, but have not been threatened with DISAFFILIATION.
  • Murray needs to go, as he's secretary, or Tyler as he's president
  • Murray will figure out when he's free and go

AOB

  • For SUSU to change the 25 members limit would be easier as it's a bylaw compared to if it were a rule
  • But they don't apparently destroy societies when they drop below 25, otherwise most socs would be gone, so we're totally fine.
