Potential problems that may make this outing impossible:
* Covid laws (the expectation currently is that we should be able to meet in a group of no more than 20 people after the 17th of May)
* Risk assessment (we will need a Covid specific outing risk assessment)
* CAGE access (can we get in at the weekend, and if not, can we store kit anywhere?)
* B59 Access (as per the CAGE)
* If we can't access SUSU during the weekend, then we will need to store it somewhere
* Covid Precautions (we probably need to arrange hand sanitisers, face-masks, cleaning cloths, etc.)
* Lack of people with access (e.g. because they are busy/isolating)

Location will be on Highfield Campus. The event opens at 10:30 and closes at 16:30. We will need to arrive earlier in order to move kit and generally organise ourselves.

The idea is to get some of the kit out which we will be needing on the Family Day (14th March), and generally have a good time.

We shall meet in/around SR1 (59-1257) at 13:00, and then we will head upstairs to the cupboard to find some kit. If necessary, we will go to the cage to get any other kit.

At a minimum we shall set up the IC7000 and try to understand its impossible to navigate interface.
